Another year has come to an end, and another successful year for racing. I enjoyed getting some new folks into running events, and even hit some personal bests. Also it has been a year of transition. Some new injuries, some old ones too.

I’m looking forward to this coming year. We have some good races coming up including MOMAR again this coming September as well as the Sunshine coast Fondo. There is also some big mountain projects throughout the season we have planned. 2018 was a gooder, but 2019 looks to be a pleaser.

The focus on this year is “Team Based Adventures”. Keep posted!
